SHIPPING POLICY (Retail only)

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Flat rate shipping of $11.95 for all orders. This flat rate won't include the items with banner "Pick up only" on  

Special Notes

  • *Some heavy items incur an extra Shipping fee, of which  Items with "Pick up only" banner" on. If you wish to purchase and have them shipped please contact us directly for shipping quote 

  • No PO Box please 

  • We don't ship outside Australia. If your wish to have them shipped oversea please contact to discuss. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the unlikely circumstance of your order arriving visibly damaged please take photos or video showing the damage.  You may refuse to accept the delivery and you should contact  us immediately.  

Depending on the circumstances of the damages to your order we may offer the following:

  • Suggest a self-repair (with an offer of compensation to you)

  • Offer a partial or full store credit or refund

  • Replace the product (subject to availability)

  • Offer you an alternative product

  • Arrange for the product to be returned to usIf we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return. Please do not attempt to return an item before speaking to one of our staff (you may be responsible for any associated expenses).

Refunds require the production of either the original register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Uniquely Thai is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. Most Personal Information is kept for a maximum of 7 years.

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

Uniquely Thai will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
